Once Upon A Time

in the  Barnyard

One day in the spring, the Little Red Hen found some grains of wheat that the farmer had dropped in the barnyard. She was an industrious little hen and she tried to convince other fowls in the barnyard to help her plant the seeds. It seems that all the others were busily occupied in solving the mystery of what hit Chicken Little in the head! So Little Red Hen and her little chicks, Biddy and Diddy, plant the seeds, water them, weed them and harvest them. They take them to the miller to be made into flour which Little Red Hen  makes into wonderful bread. Meanwhile, chicken Little, Ducky-Lucky, Goosey-Poosey, Cocky Locky and Turkey Lurkey all foolishly follow Foxy-Locksy,  who has offered to show them the short way to go to the King to tell him the sky is falling!
